The subtitle of this book shows the reason I think this book is an important one: “How to Change Things When Change Is Hard”. That sums up. Terrible narrator, wrong book for audio This is a very good book for someone who's not familiar with the related literature (Dan Ariely, Helen Langer, Malcolm Gladwell, Jonathan Haidt).
